I called A. Kenney looking for assistance for getting valuations for my recently departed mother's jewelry. Ashley answered the phone and invited me to come right over. She was very helpful and knowledgable. She was also kind when sadness for the loss of my mother welled up. She gave me an hour of her time. When we were done, I had the information I needed.
