We called and made a last minute reservation and they fit us in. I noticed a few people asking for a horse by name, so they have a good repeat customer base. They try to screen their customer's skill level to match horse and rider. My son and I are experienced riders but it was my 8 year old granddaughter's 1st time riding a horse vs a pony going round and round in a circle. Ace was perfect for her. One of the best experiences of our family vacation.
